If bad attitude has a name, it’s McCleary. He is contemptible, and a dinosaur on the force. A great personal loss and years watching his streets putrefy cause him deep emotional pain. He struggles to hold on to why he became a cop, having lost all compassion for the people he polices.

"Once a marine, always a marine." Retired from service, Leon owns the Diner started by his grandfather and namesake. A gruff exterior can't hide his gentle heart, nor that he cares for his neighborhood, those who live there, and those who pass through. Unable to control the chaos outside, he maintains order inside the Diner.

Alexis has the sarcastic and acerbic charm of a freshly baked Apple pie with a knife in it. Leon’s is the only family she’s ever known. She’s a fixture at the diner. She worked through the good times and bad times. Her crusty exterior helped her navigate through decades of change.
